Creation Mac plugin

Hi to create a plug in for iphoto. I hv a sample plug that other has done before. The following file is attached These are plug in sample. Note: 1.. - the plugin is in English but there should be language file (ie: po file) for various language .for translation to others languages 2. a simple back end -to set price of products -to set material option (hardcover/softwcover) - keep customer contact -login or create account with openID Try to get hv a copy iphoto install the attached plug in and run. to understand what i need, When form is fill and etc a file will be uploaded to a ftp location that the plugin will define. I will need all the shipping info and order contact in xml or csv format, there should be a PDF attached to it. *You can also recommend the flow, upload the file and bring them to a ordering webpages.
