Create a chrome extension and backend for admin to operate it. Just like this one. You must take a look at this or you will not understand what I am looking for. startuptabs . com After users download the extension, when ever they open a new tab in chrome, they first see the content we want them too. The back end will control what sites are shown. I will need to have the ability to put sites in rotation and be able to show them evenly.
