Catalogue type website

I am looking for an individual that can help me create a website (Functionality not design for now) that will allow me to store items and display them on multiple pages. It will require the following : a)User Login - including registering and verification email b)Email Capability - a user can contact a user via email based on email field that they user has associated with their account. c)Store Items in a table that is displayed in a user profile page The ability for a user to add more items to their profile as well as delete items, and add flags to them so that they appear on another page. This job is to produce the functionality with minimal design, however placement of items in proper pages must be created. Additional work is available based on this project. In total I am looking at pages 1 Home page - has user login and register function 2 User Profile - list the high level of the items that are added [login to view URL] Inventory of a Items that are added based on a high level item clicked. 4. Available page - If an item is flagged available by the user, It should be listed on this page (multiple items, multiple users) More information is available via PM
