Graphically basic website with the following functionality -membership style site with finite membership of around 750 members -members to create profiles (personal information, upload pictures) -members have their own blogs -only paid up members will be allowed to create profiles or have their own blogs, payment will NOT be online -each member belongs to one of five named groups or as independent -each member belongs to 1 of 150 named constituencies -the public (ie non-members) to search for members profile or blog by member's name or constituency name -the public to view content without restriction -the public free to comment on blogs without anonymity ie have to state their name -overall admin facility for adminstering site, approving/editing posts, deleting offensive comments The developer should determine the appropriate hosting, database, technologies required. Urgent requirement. Site should be up and running (after development and testing) by September 7, 2006.
