csv parser

I want an application that can read data from a comma separated file and fill up the database. Which file to read, the name of the database to create, and the instance on which to create the database should be given as input parameter (It can be a console application , but preferably a one having GUI) . The comma separated file can have 4 values : 1] Machine name 2] Manufacturer 3] Production Site 4] Delivery Site Read these 4 values and create a table say "Machine". Now for each Manufacturer that is present there will be a different comma separated file which contains the information of the Manufacturer. e.g. : if the Manufacturer name is 'abc' , there will be a [login to view URL] Read this file and create a new table say "Manufacturer" Associate a foreign key between the Machine table and Manufacturer table. Before inserting the Machine record in the database make sure the Manufacturer is present else add one by parsing the .dat file. Once the database is created take a backup of the database. More in detail requirements will be given once you have been accepted for the job. This is the crux of what i expect. Note: This is required urgently. It is not too tough an application but due to time constraints i am ready to pay bit more. Pranabh
