Ad Poster similar to CLADG

I need a developer to create something similar to [login to view URL] The key functionality for now is: - Proxy support - Automatically filling in forms and following through page submission - Captcha completion by deathbycaptcha, or other dll software. - Multithreading as multiple websites will need to be posted to. - Email account competition and then ad verification There is other work, but this is dependent on budget. Will want to work with someone who has experience of captcha and multithreading. All software must be written in C#, use up-to-date techniques and not be encoded/obfuscated. You will not own the rights of the code and not be able to resell either.
