All the spec are written by Chinese, so you must be familiar with Chinese. Client-server database application. Server side : MS SQL Server 2008 Client side : C# winform application The project is not well define yet, I will give you spec like the attachment every 1~2 weeks. I expected the project will be done in 3~4 months. Please tell me the fee per man hour, and estimate the hours for finished the attached spec.
