C# metatrader signal server and client, need debugged and tested

Have a C# client and server, and sender EA and receiver EA. Need to test sending metatrader orders from terminal on server to terminal on client. Currently works if orders are sent slowly, but when sent rapidly many orders are lost. Need to test order open, modify, and close. Need this started on ASAP, I have VPS server for testing if you do not have 2 computers.
