If they were only 5 sites. My bid would have been less. But 13 sites are enough.I am still unsure depends all on your sites. I have experience in c# and many more languages. & In API handling & webscraping too.. So if a website doesn't provides api i can scrap data to achieve what you want. Give me a chance you will never regret you choice.
