Convert VB 2010 App to a blackberry app

I deleveloped a app in vb 2010 which connects to a toshiba copier's web interface, does a backup of specific pages, creates a folder, moves those files into that folder, zips the folder and then uploads that zip file to a specific ftp site. I would like to convert this utility to a blackberry app which will allow me to do this on the phone if connected to the wireless network instead of using a computer. My app as 3 fields, name of the folder, ip address of copier and password for the copier. Very simple and very effective.
