CSS customization

Tour and travel guide site built on JoomlArt T3 template (JA Rave). I need additional module positions. Also: the main horizontal menu has a dropline which disappears when pages from other menus are opened. This is a classic 3-column layout: Left column, Main body, Right column. The new position should be below main navigation and over the Main body and the Right column, but NOT over the Left column. Diagrams will be provided. The horizontal menu uses JoomlArt split-menu with submenu as a horizontal line below the main menu. This sub-menu is visible only on pages linked to the main menu. It disapperas when pages linked to other menus are open. The [login to view URL] places all images in the right-top position. I need flexibility and the image position should be selected in the text editor and not fixed.
