Application protection

Need to add protection to my C application that handles: a) "Time" so that I can set trial version (30 days, 60 days etc.) for my application. b) "Tries" the number of times an application will run before closing down.(until new license is purchased) b) "number of max users" logged on at any time using the programme, c) With the license purchased, the protection must also make the application work ONLY on that specific PC that it is working on and no other machine. So: - through my application itself, Bios information, hard drive serial, computer name, CPU information, Company Name etc taken from client actual machine & combined to form a unique number. - This number, along with Company name, is now sent to me and the registration application will produce a UNIQUE release-key (based on duration and Max users etc) which is sent to client. - client places this license in the folder of the application and then the application work for X days, Y number of users only on that machine. If the app & license are copied to another machine, it will not work as the Bios, HD info etc are different and will not match the data in the license. Without this license, the application on the client machine will not work. NDA WILL BE REQUIRED
