Audio visualisation app needed for iOS

Hi, I am looking for an iOS expert to create a simple but sleek looking app that captures the sound from the microphone and animates a series of graphic elements and effects in sync with music or ambient sounds. Should have Retina support, iAd and in-app purchases support It should be able to access the iPod data on the iPhone/iPad and play the music. I am looking to have this done in under 1 month.
