Create MFC Property Sheet (C++)

I need a property sheet class and all resources created in Visual Studio 2010/MFC that I will later use in another application. C++. See the image for exact layout and description for all details. ## Deliverables Start with an MFC dialog-based application in Visual Studio wizard, with a dropdown with numbers 1-5 in it and a Go button. Then create a property sheet that is completely separate from the dialog. It should have up to 5 pages, configurable before launch with the dropdown. Each property page will be the same content (see enclosed image) and layout. But only as many pages will be shown as was selected in the dropdown before launch. The background and text colors should be set as close to as shown in the image. I can tweak the RGB values later but I need to have the option. The dropdown controls for address and phone number type should be standard windows dropdown controls, not the fancy ones shown. Just put Business and Home in them for now.
