Adding a fuction to a .exe program

I have a .exe program that requires 2 .DLL files to run correctly. What I need you to do is add a function to the .exe file. It can be a program by itself, or embedded into the .exe program. It doesn't matter as long as it runs in the background without any user input. I want it to run by itself in the background so that I am able to do other activities on my PC. I DO NOT want a macro file that controls my keyboard and mouse input. In the program, there is a dialog box that requires you to enter a value and hit enter. Your function must be able to: -Allow me enter a list of values and auto rotates through them -Automatically takes the current value queued in the list and enters it into the dialog box in the program, hitting enter and moving to the next value down the list -Option to rotate how many times or infinite. This is a simple project, thus budget will be low for this. High amount bids will be ignored. Milestone payment will be given upon completion. Full payment after tested that the program works.
