Alarm clock utility app for iPhone

I need an alarm clock utility app created that can include a weather feed that will display the current local weather. App needs to have the ability to market other apps within the app via a "more" screen. Other customizations of the alarm clock include the ability to choose between 3 or 4 pre-made "styles", and the ability to choose the alarm sound from your iphone's music library. Looking to have this app built within 2 weeks and would like a working prototype with basic functionality within 72 hours. You must be available to skype chat about the project.
