Command Line Tool To Flag Craigslist Posts

This is the third time I am posting a job for this software. The first two times the winning bidder was unable to complete the project. So if you are going to bid on this project please make sure you understand what is needed and consider whether you will be able to complete the work. Here it is: I am looking for a command line tool, with source code (preferably in C++) which will successfully and consistently flag any given Craigslist post for removal. The URL of the specific post will be passed on the command line. In order to be able to complete this project you will need knowledge of Craigslist and how their flagging system works as well as C++ or the language of your choice. Preference will be given to bids using C++. With your bid, please submit a very brief outline of how you will implement the flagger as well as the languages and libraries you plan on using. Preference will be given to C++ and libcurl. I would like to get going on this right away so it is open for bids for only 1 day.
