This is the third time I am posting a job for this software. The first two times the winning bidder was unable to complete the project. So if you are going to bid on this project please make sure you understand what is needed and consider whether you will be able to complete the work.
Here it is:
I am looking for a command line tool, with source code (preferably in C++) which will successfully and consistently flag any given Craigslist post for removal. The URL of the specific post will be passed on the command line. In order to be able to complete this project you will need knowledge of Craigslist and how their flagging system works as well as C++ or the language of your choice. Preference will be given to bids using C++.
With your bid, please submit a very brief outline of how you will implement the flagger as well as the languages and libraries you plan on using. Preference will be given to C++ and libcurl.
I would like to get going on this right away so it is open for bids for only 1 day.
Already have the program - wrote it in my spare time as a proof of concept to flag spammers in my area.
It runs on Linux and is written in Bash. Requires a proxy server list - the more proxies the better the chance of successfully flagging consistent posts (the more people click on a post on CL the more it becomes flag resistant, requiring more flags before it's taken off).
It keeps flagging and monitoring the post until it's down or it runs out of proxy servers. It randomizes parameters such as User-Agent (browser identification) to make it impossible for servers to recognize the attempts are coming from the same computer.
I will be happy to further customize it to fit your particular needs.
