A Caller ID interface program

I need a modem interface program runs on PC which works as if I input the caller's phone number from the keyboard. It works like this: I got an existing application which runs on PC. It is some kind of address book program. When I enter a telephone number, it will search the database and display related info of that person. Now I would like to connect this application with the modem, so that when somebody calls, the interface program acks exactly as a user key in the caller ID number and hit enter from the keyboard. ( Of course I will keep the application open and leave the cursor on the telephone field to stand-by). That means the info of the caller will be displayed once he calls. Other than working with the caller id, the program takes no other action and no need to answer the call. This program should be able to works with common modems and the CID Initialize string is "+VCID=1"
