Convert spreadsheet/workbook from Lotus123 to Excel 2003

Existing Lotus123 workbook has (4) imbedded lookup tables and macros. When opening up “Vouch Master” file in Lotus, lotus prompts for “Invoice Number”, “Account Number”, “County” and then using the macro/lookup tables, inserts information into invoice sheet. The user inserts codes into invoice area that pulls information from the lookup tables and calculates cost/tax information for each line item. All of the same functionality/macros need to be present in the final Excel spreadsheet. A few alterations to present functionality need to be added/changed in final Excel spreadsheet. 1. Additional input prompt when opening for "State" and when it equals Texas, tax=6.25%, Oklahoma=4.5%. 2. Inside invoice description, word wrap before over-running boundaries for cell to next lower cell.
