Automatic Reminder System

This is the project for the attorney. I would like an automatic reminder system associated with the course I teach for the benefit of the attendees. Essentially, I teach them how to get published and this will allow me to automatically follow-up with them through e-mail. They should receive messages at the intervals listed after they take my course. 2 weeks - Did you discuss your interest in writing with your supervisor or the marketing/business development/communications professional with whom you work? 3 weeks - Did you visit Web sites for ideas? 3 weeks - Did you list three topics that interest you most. 3 weeks - Did you select topics on which you can provide clarity or practical guidance? 3 1/2 weeks - Did you select a person with whom you can collaborate/co-author? 3 1/2 weeks - Did you select five individuals with whom you would like to connect and locate their contact information? 4 weeks - Did you select three publications to pitch or ask a client what he or she reads? 5 weeks - Did you draft a sample pitch? 6 weeks - Did you follow up on your completed idea with a supervisor and/or marketing/communications professional? 6 weeks - Did you consider appropriate ethical issues associated with your idea? Each question should have a Yes or No answer. If yes, response should automatically appear, if possibly, as "Excellent. Please feel free to call or e-mail me with any questions." My phone number and e-mail address should follow. If no, it should say something like: You originally noted the following: (and then insert from the fields completed at the outset) Follow that with the same line, "Please feel free to call or e-mail me with any questions." Include my contact information. Fields should be: Name Firm/Organization e-mail address Date you saw Getting Published (all dates should run from this date) Name of Supervisor Name of marketing/communications professional Web sites relevant to your practice Ideas related to your work Individuals with whom you would like to connect Individuals with whom you can collaborate Publications in which you would like to publish your work Let me know your thoughts !!
