We need a program that rotates and crops images based on certain parameters that are to be detected automatically. See attached PDF for description and examples.
Note: We've had this project in here before but it never worked out for various reasons. Please only bid if you read and understood the description and know that you can do it.
That's also the reason why we're rather short on time, so speed is certainly a plus.
