bussiness plan for Freelancing website in CANADA

I need someone that really understands the social media market and the online Freelancing market and can write a good plan of my company around that knowledge. I am starting a Freelancing website for Service providers of all kinds. I will be using this Business Plan to get a CANADIAN government grant and I will also show business plan to V.C’s, Angel Investors and many other potential Investors to try to get funding for the business!!! Please make the business plan useable for both purpose !!! After researching on many websites. I have come up with a few requirements which are very important to the business plan for a business grant in CANADA!!! I will provide you with the research once I pick you to start! I will want to be involved as much as possible to help you with any idea and questions for the business plan!!
