Dear Sir/Madam, Trust you are keeping good health. You must be wondering why I am writing my proposal in the form of a letter. Well, I just wanted to introduce myself to you. If you look at my Profile, you will see that I am new to this Freelancing world and I have no Stars or Reviews to validate my proposal. But, Sir/Mam, to be successful or to be recognized, everyone has to start off some day from scratch. Even you must have done the same when you started. I agree this involves your hard earned money and you would not want to take a risk by on-boarding a newbie. But, until and unless, you and other Project owners give chances to people like us, we will always remain a newbie. I conclude my proposal by informing you that I have advanced excel knowledge with good typing speed. I have access to high speed internet.
