Bulk Email Marketing Assistance

Hello E-Marketeers, I am looking for a 'well reviewed and experience' freelancer to assist with an email marketing campaign. It will be using interspire, therefore you would need to ensure the campaign was set up ok, all factors that ensured deliver ability were met, and following completion of the campaign the respective bounce, open, click through rates would be needed. Past experience delivering a heavy email bulk volume is key, and along with segregated campaigns. Knowledge/experience on interspire is key, along with getting past spam filters, and the possibility of multiple servers. The set budget for the moment is $100 - $150, and this will be the monthly fee. Please note, that this range could vary depending on discussions/tasks going forward, Thanks GW
