African-Style Hot Sauce

Hot Sauce Background:\\r\\nOh Mercy! is a West African all-natural gourmet hot sauce. It is unique in the sense that it is not your typical vinegar-based hot sauce you usually fine on store shelf. It is a rich salsa-style hot sauce a combination culinary tradition of hearty cooking from Ghana and my passion of great tasting sauce . It is a blend of fresh vegetables, habanero peppers and spices cooked into a thick flavorful delicious spicy sauce. Oh Mercy! Hot sauce is a wonderful sauce that compliment any better!\\r\\n\\r\\nLooking to sell my hot sauce to all natural foods like Whole Foods, Trader\'s Joes, Mons, Wegmans, etc. My hot sauce needs to be refridgerated because it does not have any type of acid to keep it shelf stable or any type preservation and I want to keep it that way. In the US, all hotsauces have vinegar in them and they come in pour bottles. My hot sauce which is African-Style come in a jar, salsa-like and oil-based. I need help marketing it to retail stores.
