We are searching for a highly skilled [login to view URL] draw a full set of construction drawings, for a single story 3 bedroom house located in Australia including: 1:200 - site plan including adjoining properties, 1:100 - 3 concept drawings, floor plan, 4 elevations, roof plan, electrical plan, slab set out, dimensioned plan, section through details, simple landscaping plan, 1:25 new crossover details, box gutter detail, wet area and plumbing details, joinery plan, typical wall and boundary details plus relevant notes.
There is a long term opportunity available in the new year for the right person/s. Experience with Australian requirements and standards is preferred and quite necessary, general specifications and regulatory requirements can be provided upon request. Industry standard software must be used ie. AutoCAD, Revit etc.
To be considered for this project, we require an example of 2D Australian drawings (minimum Floor plans and elevations) within your portfolio or sent through with your bid, some NZ, USA, Canadian, or European drawings could be considered satisfactory.
Please provide a genuine estimate of working hours to complete this job with your bid. Pricing schedules are appreciated.
The sample drawings will be thoroughly checked and the project will be awarded based upon accuracy, detail, compliance, value for $ and overall presentation. It may take us a week or 2 to award the project.
Qualified architects, that can provide evidence of their credentials will be looked upon favorably for the long term opportunities.
The sample drawings must be neat, tidy and completed to a professional Australian standard. Unencumbered copyright release, is required for all completed projects and associated files.

I'd like to bid for this project with the knowledge that my experience will qualify me to do the job as required, I have extensive experience with construction documentation for the last 18 years especially working with firms who specializes in all phases of design in southern California which I am still a resident of the State.
The downside is that I have no experience whatsoever working with any of the Australian requirements but I am pretty sure that the standard would be pretty much the same anywhere, if ISO is taken into consideration, the only thing that would defer is the requirement per City or County and its local code.
