I use Chief Architect program, which makes drawing quick and without any mistakes. I would make 3 offers in two days and after we agree on final layout I will make other layouts: electrical, plumbing, furniture, wall/ flooring etc. I'm working as technical draftsman for 9 years - 4 years in interior design.
