Hi, I can do this for you. Money does not matter. Unfortunately, the minimum to bid is 30USD :) I have done the same for many voip providers. I know exactly how to make it work. Just for the record, you have 2 ways to do this: Either place a .call file into pool directory via script or use AMI interface to originate the call.
