I mostly write academic-ish works here, increase the quality of non-natives who lack necessary abilities, etc. As an "academic" myself, I had academic writing seminars, and of course, notation, referencing, etc. is a must within this "trade". I have some basic picture editing knowledge, and know how to use MS Office products. I've just got into Mendeley, but I don't think it would take a long time to familiarize with it. Regards, Nandor
