Article writing - repost

The aim is to write a briefing paper for me to summarise medical workforce issues amongst surgeons in Australia. In particular, the paper should examine how workforce issues vary from State to State, areas in Australia that are particularly poorly served by the above specialty group, remuneration issues and variability between different craft groups within the College, for example ENT surgeons versus orthopaedic surgeons, versus vascular surgeons, etc. It should also highlight any areas of particular political sensitivity or recent "controversies" in this area which have reached the general media. This is just a simple, quick general summary of the situation as for example might be given to a government Minister prior to a meeting. The paper should be less than 1000 words, and include a short list of references. Best regards.
