Chatroom and Forum Support

I am looking for someone who can spend a few hours every day 5 to 6 days a week logged in to my general chat room. Does not have to be active the whole time but will need to stay logged on and occasionally join in the conversation. Also this person must take part in forum activity (posting messages on my Message Board) - say 5 posts or so a week. Prefer people from India/Pakistan/Sri Lanka because of the timing requirements. Please quote your best rate bearing in mind this is not a full time activity and does not require you to be active all the time. The project budget is for one full year and you will be paid monthly (Project Amount divided by 12).
