B&W Portrait Sketch

I need a B&W portrait sketch (professional headshot) done in the same style that the Wall Street Journal uses in their articles instead of photos. See the attached examples. The image you create MUST Match this style. You will be provided with a photo and your job will be to create the sketch and save it as an image file (.png and .jpeg). The sketch does not need to be very large; the image size is only 120 pixels wide x 200 pixels tall. This should be a very easy task for the person with the right skills.
