Create a video with simple animation

Hi, I need to make a video to promote a project of mine but my skills in doing animations are poor. The storyline is already defined, we mostly plan to use bidimensional collages which we already made, but there a few transaction moments or small animations that we'd like to have. As I said, it's pretty simple stuff and also pretty short.
