Hi Guys, I'm looking to have a something similar to "matrix pocket" android app. Basically it's an android real time automatic licence plate recognition application. And the data will send to my database It would need to work with European plates includin this ones with Croatian characters (ČĆĐŠŽ). Here's a video example of what I'm looking for...but would need to work with Indonesian plate number [login to view URL] (I don't need the voice that say every car brands and color...)
