Android App for video & image playback loop with restrictions

Small Android App that will connect to a provided API on internet to check if there are new media files available to play (images, video or HTML). Each media file comes with playback restrictions or not. According with the local sqlite db on the android device, the app will connect again to the API to download new media or updated information. All media will be played on an infinite loop at FullHD according with the orientation initial setup. Every media will check for the duration. MUSTs: - Once the App is opened ask for ID number, password & orientation (portrait or landscape). That will be used on every API request and if not provided, the App must wait. - Connect to an already working API (documentation will be provided) - Auto-update : check if there is a new version release and ask user to update - Android permissions: internet access ONLY - WebView element for HTML representation - 1080p hardware decoding capabilities ( mainly using MALI 400 or 450 GPU supported by Android) - Provide source code with NO third party libraries or propietary software - 3 month source code garantee and documentation to compile the apk Schedule : 1 week Maximum budget : 250€ Providing previous works on Android Apps, portfolio or links is a PLUS.
