Android Streaming of Screen

his project only comprises of Android tablets, 4.0 and above. There will be one streaming tablet, which will act as a server. It will stream its screen, to 40 other tablets, real time. Maximum latency of 1 second. These devices will be connected via WI-FI, in a intranet environment. Proper memory management should be handled, as there will be continuous streaming for about 30 minutes. End output will be 2 applications, 1 streaming application and 1 viewing application. Note for streaming app: Rooted device should be able to stream all screens to the other tablets.
