Automatic ads posting feature joomla

Hi, I am currently using adsmanager on my joomla website. This application is used by my users to place ads on the site. I need to create an application that will automatically place ads for the users base on certain frequencies chosen by the user.? The process is the following: The user creates it ads using the current ad creation form of adsmanager. At the bottom of the ad creation form, he will be asked if we wants the ad to be reposted automatically by the system.? If he answers yes, then he will be asked to pick the frequencies example, (3 ads per week), and the period during which he wants this to be done (one months for instance).? The system then calculates the price of the service, and the user is charged accordingly. The system must handle the? payment? on? the? service, which i do not wish to detail here.
