Allen Fieldhouse Flythrough

Hello, I need something similar to this: [login to view URL] (password video) using the Allen Fieldhouse Google models here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The idea would be to fly into the building from the exterior, tour around the stadium a bit, then go up to the scoreboard with customizable zones where I could insert client logos. First client shows on board, then we rotate around to another board (clockwise), then another, etc. The last scoreboard shot would be similar to the football open above, where a customizable zone would contain a chromakey green background I put in, so we could key the live show into it, coming out of the open. I have very little budget for this, I'd like to try to get it done for $250 if possible. Since most of the 3D work is done, I'm hoping it won't be terribly complicated. I have the whole CS6 Creative Suite, so if I could get this as an After Effects project, that would be ideal. I won't have exact timings on any of this until the radio guy gives me the open...I'm hoping to have that in about a week. You could probably do rough timings from the audio on the football open, since the same guy will be doing the basketball open. My first show is November 6, so I'd need to have something as soon as possible before then.
