I have decompiled a SWF file incorporating 3d animation (papervision) using AS3.
The ActionScript is mostly working but there are a few errors which need fixing.
I need someone to continue the decompile process and make it all work. After it's working, understand how the AS code works so that I can replicate in another project.
You must be extremely strong in debugging AS 3.0 and OOP programming. Experience with papervision 3d will assist you.
One complication is that it seeks an external URL that is no longer functioning to provide some inputs. We need to work together to 'hack' the inputs that it is expecting. I can provide a server and relevant Json etc after you explain what it is expecting.
The tangible outcomes I need are:-
1. Ability to compile it into SWF without any errors.
2. No cheating by commenting out lines of code.
3. Comparison file of all changes you made to get it working.
4. Working with me to reproduce the external Json it seeks.
5. Preserving all features
-3d vector paths that objects travel.
-multi z-level random positioning
-liquid auto-moving of objects
Some new features to build:-
-OnMouseOver event handling 3d object. After 1 second of mouseover it can show a modal box with text.
-Place scrolling text on top of a 3d image.
-Show link lines between related objects
-Select multiple images and change its parent node to cause a re-render.
-Make 3d objects use transparency
Hello. I'll do it for you.
Please write to me if you like my work, but do not like the price.
