Insurance Calculator for premiums for vehicle insurance. 10 Text Fields for client information 1 Numeric Field for value of vehicle 10 Drop down criteria regarding vehicle type and driver information 20 options for discounts (Check boxes) Auto generated total premium Submit button to email back to one person (myself) option to cc. another email recipient. I have this on access already, but need a more polished version of it available online so that I can use my blackberry to access it and provide a quote to a client when i'm out of office.
