ASP programmer needed with database experience

I need the code for these two files totally rewritten: 1. Rewrite the code for "SDSupport.html". This code should display the same page as it does now and allow a user to add the fileds to the database referenced in the code. Basically, the new code should have the same functionality as the old just more efficent (removing anything that wasn't needed) 2. Require Fields: I need to require the fields the following fields be filled out by the user. If the user trys to submit the page with one or more not completed, I need an error message to tell the user to complete all fileds and tell the user exactly which filed still needs completing. Required Fields: contname, agencyname, name, email, phoneno, bestcalltime, spmodule, spissue, details, IUnderstand1, username 3. Rewrite the [login to view URL] code. This code should display the same page as it does now and allow a user to add the fileds to the database referenced in the code. Basically, the new code should have the same functionality as the old just more efficent (removing anything that wasn't needed) 4. The [login to view URL] code isn't working 100%. It should requery the database for every issue that is "open" and allow a user to scroll through the open issues and make changes. Once a user makes changes they click save to update the issue. If a user fills in the reassign field and clicks "reassign", an email gets sent out to the old and new technican explaining the issue has been reassigned.
