Looking to develop a website where users can signup, pay via PayPal and enter in a 10 digit number. This number will be displayed on the front page of the website every-time the site is loaded. The programming aspect is not needed and will be done by another freelancer. I am looking for a designer to create the pages with CSS to make it a very nice and big design. Simple to use and view. Looking for a 7 day turn around time. Not looking for any use of crappy CMS software like Joomla or Wordpress. I want straight HTML and CSS code. Again the programming will be done at a later time, I just need the wireframe HTML pages layed out. Be creative. I don't have a set design so I am looking for someone to run with this. Again the main focus of the site will be the home page with the 10 digit number displayed prominently and then an easy way to register, pay and view their account and past purchases. Lowest bid wins. If you are successful, I have several other design projects needed and will also refer you to others.
