ANOVA Statistics

I am going to have to do a statistical ANOVA analysis for my thesis (analysis of variables). My advisor suggested I find a freelance person who can crunch the numbers for me to save time, because a lot of the programs take time to learn. I may be able to figure it out myself, in which case I don’t need the person’s help, but if I do, it will be urgent b/c my thesis is due on 4/16 and the data will be coming in around 4/14. It would probably take an hour or two, at most, to run the ANOVA. What I’m doing: XOX X-X Study X = individual before intervention O = intervention X = after intervention X = person before intervention - = no intervention but time passes X = after time has passed In this case, the intervention is a corporate training program and I’m measuring employee engagement on a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The outputs will be answers to the same questions on this scale. There are 5-8 questions. The sample size is 5-40 people, depending on who can do the study. The statistician needs to do an ANOVA to compare the data from XOX against X-X. This is something you could do? Would you be able to complete it in the time limit required? What additional information would you need from me at this time? You MUST have graduate-level statistics/research experience.
