I'm looking for a designer to join our team on a long term basis. They'll be focused on iterative (small scale) micro design updates to improve UX and conversion. This will start with reviewing existing assets against best practice designs. Analyze existing designs and identify areas that can be improved through iteration. Building hypothesis of area's which can be improved - develop a backlog. You'll be responsible for actual design work in forming the designs which will be tested.
