We are in need of an Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) who can provide coverage from ~8pm to ~4am PDT for one or two weeks starting May 27th, while a current employee is on vacation. Those hours are somewhat flexible. Ideal candidates should have the following skills and experience: - Proficiency in Oracle database administration for versions 11 through 19 - Must be proficient from the Linux command line - there is *no* OEM for these databases - Will respond to emails & alerts for end-clients - Will Investigate any reported problems during that shift - Must be completely fluent in English It is possible there will be nothing to do during the shifts, but if something comes up, rapid response is required.
