I have internet issues with the 1st ethernet connection, so i would like to bond both connection under the following constraint : 1. i need to have a continuous connection (when the ethernet connection is down, use the connection from the huawei) 2. as soon as the 1st ethernet connection is back, the internet should come from the ethernet cable.
