I need a proficient Tailwind CSS developer to create a specific type of video layout on my web platform. The layout's design should closely resemble the Instagram Reel layout with a focus on: - Vertical Scrolling: The layout should allow users to easily navigate across multiple videos by scrolling up or down. - Full-screen Video Display: On mobile the video should be fullscreen. On web, left side of the video should be a profile like section. You can find a mock up on what I am looking for. The project is built with SvelteJS, you don't need to know about svelte, but an understanding of components can help. I am also using skeleton UI for the css component I mainly just need someone to layer everything for me.
