Ideal Candidate: - Spoken and written fluent English - Proven experience in industrial and mechanical engineering, particularly in product design and manufacturing process management. - Previous experience in the skatepark industry or similar outdoor sports facilities would be a significant advantage. - Strong understanding of design principles, production processes, and quality control. - Excellent project management skills to be able to oversee the entire process from design to production.
