I'm looking for someone who has extensive experience in Recruitment, HR or Resume Writing and who is able to type up an 2-3 page article pointing out 21 tips to achieving the Job of your dreams. The number of tips can be flexible, but i require that the tips should include the following order:

-Resume / Cover letter writing tips
-Phone interview tips
- In person interview tips
-Follow up tips

You should elaborate on the points that you provide and must be clear and concise. Bonus points if you provide statistics referencing Australian job market trends. Please provide both Word and PDF Format.
