About the project:

Project Details: German Outbound B2C Sales (picking up leads, mapping needs and offer tailored service)

Partner: Our partner is a great German removal company

Task: Calling hot leads, people who are showd previous interest on the website

Free Training: provided by CloudAgents

Payment: Per hour. Upwork, fixed term contract; Payment made at the beginning of month, after worked month

Duration: 1 month probation period, if you are successful, opportunity for long term cooperation

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, business hours in Germany from 9:00am-11.30am and from 5:00pm-8:30pm (possibility to take both or choose morning or afternoon hours)

Agent Requirements:

Solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience in lead generation is a plus

Precision of data entry

Fluent English language knowledge + your native language

Strong sales skills

Work Environment Requirements:

Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of the phone agent home)

USB Headset (a separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)

Computer or Laptop with broadband internet connection (mobile internet is not good enough to manage calls)

Working Method:

We use cloud based call center technology - You need to download our call handling system, which needs to be tested.

We train all of our agents online before the beginning of any project.

We monitor the progress of agents and acknowledge successful callers.
